Arbitration and Mediation
David Boyd has more than 30 years experience as a neutral in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation, private arbitration, and judicial arbitration. He has served as a mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and as a settlement conference judge pro tem for the California Superior Courts for Sacramento and Placer Counties. David currently serves as a settlement conference attorney for the California Superior Court for Sacramento and El Dorado Counties and mediator for the Third District Court of Appeal. David has 38 years litigation experience in professional liability, products liability, construction defect, and injury cases, and he is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
David has served as a neutral mediator and/or settlement attorney in more than 100 civil disputes and has extensive formal mediation training, including:
